**ตำแหน่ง Cost Controller**
**หน้าทีความรับผิดชอบ**
**1.ควบคุม บริหาร ตรวจสอบ ตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือของแผนกรับสินค้า แผนกคลังสินค้า และแผนก F&B**
**2.ตรวจสอบรายงานด้านเอกสารของแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม แผนก F&B และแผนกอื่นๆของโรงแรม และจัดทำสรุปค่าใช้จ่ายพร้อมข้อคิดเห็นและทางแก้ไขปัญหา**
**3.จัดทำรายงานต้นทุนของสินค้าของแต่ละส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับการขาย**
**4.ประสานงานกับหัวหน้าเชฟและจัดซื้อ**
**5.อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย**

**2. มีประสบการณ์และหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบด้าน cost controller มาอย่างต่อเนื่องไม่น้อยกว่า 12 ปีในธุรกิจโรงแรม ภัตตาคารร้าอาหารรระดับ 5 ดาว จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นลำดับแรก**
**3. มีความรู้ความสามารถการใช้software คอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น Microsoft Office, Comanche, Express เป็นต้น**
