**The successful Digital Marketing Associate (Paid Social)** will be responsible for optimizing on-platform campaigns, maximizing ROI within the assigned budget as well as providing reports to uncover market insights and action plans.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Update, align, and discuss with Brand side to create engaging and high-performance campaigns (client facing role)
- Monitor, maintain, and give recommendations to team to optimize digital campaigns to maximize ROI on marketing spending
- Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B test to identify the optimal solutions
- Develop and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans
- Ensure implementation of strategic brand solutions in other departments
**QUALIFICATION**:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree from top undergraduate institution.
- Digital marketing experience is required.
- At least 1-3 years of experience, preferably in ecommerce
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and solution driven.
- Great English communication skills (both oral and written) are a must.
