**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to customers,
- following standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
- Ensure the café area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answering questions and making personalized drink recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, including the proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and restocking items as needed.
- Collaborate with other cafeteria staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for all guests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in drink preparation.
- Teamwork-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and calculating orders.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Thai Nationality
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 year of experience as a barista in a café, restaurant, or similar setting.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment operation.
- Certification in food safety & barista training.
- Experience working in a school, hotel or cafe setting.
- Ability to create latte art or specialized drinks.
