**What You'll Do**:

- Onboarding and training of new baristas joining the team.
- Day to day interaction with team to continuously guide and mentor baristas to reach their maximum potential
- Train effective cross selling and upselling techniques/strategies
- Guiding team to understand effective communication with customers
- Coaching team to ensure good customer service is provided to customers
- Providing scripts and skills to optimize each transaction
- Prepare educational material such as training modules, videos, SOP
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

**Who You Are**:

- Preferably a minimum of 1 years as a Trainer from a reputable coffee chain
- Good communication and motivational skills
- Good in using Microsoft Word and Google Docs
- Willingness to work in different locations on a daily basis
