- 1.Process Cost accounting - responsible for the accurate reporting of Cost of Goods Manufactured and Sold- 2.Performs regular cycle counts to correct inventory misstatements.- 3.Monthly reconciliation and updating of standard costs to actual costs- 4.Maintenance of a perpetual inventory system- 5.Monthly closing process - schedule and coordinate with outside departments and within the department to meet the 4-day close. This includes planning and leading monthly and quarterly inventory, preparing journal entries, posting, balancing, and reconciling subsidiary ledgers.- 6.Actively participate in the annual budgeting process by providing updated cost information across different product lines.- 7.Coordination with other department and internal/external auditors- 8.Reconciliation of inventory balances.- 9.Provide accurate and timely financial information including actual product costs and standard costs for new products.- 10.Analyze complex manufacturing processes in coordination with Plant managers to improve decision making.- 11.Provide account analysis for assigned accounts and other accounts as necessary.- 12.Maintain integrity and accuracy of accounting system.- 13.Any other duties as assigned.- คุณสมบัติ
- 1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting- 2.5 years of cost accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/produce business- 3.At least 3 years management or supervisory experience- 4.Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, Tax concerned, BOI, systems, and procedures- 5.Ability to Work under mínimal supervision- 6.Multitask with parallel deadlines- 7.Examine and verify financial documents- 8.Demonstrate good work paper and analytical techniques- 9.Communicate financial information with department managers.- 10.Promote the mission, vision, and values of Company- 11.Exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures- 12.Prepare a variety of financial statements, reports, and analysis timely and accurately.- 13.Establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships- 14.Maintain staff development and cross training- 15.Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with computer hardware and software necessary to perform duties (Excel, etc.)ดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
