Our client is a global leader in industrial product manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**
- Handling accounts receivable processes e.g. billing to customers, handling of cash, cheques, invoice verifications and incoming payment entry.
- Preparing AR aging reports and analysis including following up on customer payments.
- Managing AR month-end process/report e.g. sales report, AR revaluation, bank reconciliation, AR confirmation letter and follow-up reply and reconciling for the differences.
- Reviewing accounting transactions and ensuring that all transactions are processed properly and accurately.
- Handling the full process of fixed assets e.g. registering the new item, depreciation, write off and yearly counting.
- Handling expenditure analysis to support budgeting and forecasting requirements.
- Handling the cost accounting and inventory control e.g. variance analysis, inventory balance reconciliation, stocktaking and reconciliation discrepancies, and reserving for obsolete and damaged inventory.
- Preparing and managing submission of withholding tax and VAT to the Revenue Department on time.
- Assisting in preparing the data for the budget.
- Preparing cash flow statements and resolving outstanding balancing issues.
- Assisting with tax audits, tax returns and preparing annual audits.
- Liaising with the internal and external auditors, the revenue department and other related authorities.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance the accounting workflows.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 7 years of experience in accounting all loop (AP/AR/GL/Costing, etc.) from any industry is a must.
- Have professional knowledge and ability of tax law and accounting standards.
- Skill in financial analysis.
- Computer skills, a strong background in MS Excel such as pivot, vlookup, sum/if
- Experience with the D365 system is a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English (both written and spoken).
- Good Organization skills, communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Enthusiastic, motivated and positive attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility to complete the task on time.
