**Job Description**:
In charge of Guest Technology products deployment and coordination including solutions such as Wi-Fi, online check-in, Kiosk, Customer services & task systems, Digital F&B, In Room Entertainment, and any other services or production including innovation opportunity. In charge of build, delivery and vendors relationship globally to ensure the success to the operation and improvement to the guest satisfaction.
- Drive project management and roadmap with vendors, having a strong program management capabilities. Focus on time to market, user centric expertise solution adoption. Organization management skills and abilities to work in communities and different stakeholders and coordination with Digital Factory
- Expertise & Enhancements : Provide technical and functional expertise on the tools used in hotels, prioritize and define with the HUBs & brands leaders a common roadmap for product deployment and make recommendation based on each brands’ need.
- Product management: Partnership with Guest Tech procurement on preferred rates and service levels for hotel-based technology, defining new business model, services offers, partnerships and potential innovation programs with key start-up and vendors in the market
- Interfaces and connectivity: Overlook processes, needs and technical requirement with the HUB and other stakeholders' delivery connectivity with the Accor legacy systems and services
- Building a shared service team from the hub: Responsible to form a champion community and define the technology standards guidelines to be used and adapted by the hubs when is needed for each project. Formalization of activities, KPI’s roll out of solutions for enabling the Cloud strategy, including market monitoring, POC for features and systems, referencing of selected products and services.
- Complete RFP for solutions and recommend alternatives for Accor Guest facing app.
- Alignment with Digital factory on Guest journey & solutions to be provided at hotel vs central level and support with onboarding.
- Drive project in according to Accor strategy and encourage hotels/ internal team to follow the standards.
- Improve the overall quality of service and solution for hotels
- Ensure KPIs are met according to Guess Tech & Innovation global strategy

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or higher in Digital Technology or Computer Science
- 10 years of experience in Digital project management
- Experience in hotel technology, very good knowledge of Accor Central organization & good relation with the key vendors in the market
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Bringing forward proposals / proactive
