**EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience, knowledge and understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecast data and its conversion into procurement plans
- Strong IT skills to operate complex computer systems
- Good analytical skill and able to manage logistic/supply chain vendors for maximize productivity and efficiency thru DOH and stock management
- Highly numerate, result oriented, and good problem-solving skill

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Facilitate/coordinate the whole forecasting process:

- Liaise with sales force to understand market trends and developments
- Create forecast for new products together with the Franchise Forecast Managers (FFM)
- Support for FFMs to establish a feasible statistical forecast
- Support FFMs in making sure demand history is filtered/maintained
- Review and analyze changes in this month's forecast versus previous month's forecast
- Review and analyze actual demand versus forecast
- Maintain demand history and exceptions
- Managing assumptions, key assumptions to be elevated to S&OP
- Continuous improvement of the process
- Establish and maintain forecast parameters like time fence, consumption interval, etc.
- Make/check out safety stock recommendations for the full forecast horizon
- Maintain alignment of SKU forecast versus family decisions
- Maintain unconsumed forecast: forecast consumption and forecast roll-over
- Support ABC analysis of products
- The Demand Manager will be the super user for the Manugistics tool:

- Train other people in Manugistics
- Troubleshooter for system errors, etc.
- Gather data and publish KPI results each month
- Forecast accuracy
- Keep the OW Self-Assessment Checklist up-to-date and define improvement projects for submission to Business Excellence Team where applicable. Prepare the organization for the periodic re-assessment
- The Demand Manager is the main contact for demand/supply-related issues within the Affiliate and involves others as needed.
- Supervise the Logistics group to ensure not out of stock for key product, achieve target DOH and minimize obsolescence cost.
- Facilitate the monthly Pre
- and S&OP meetings
- Schedule the meetings (invitations, reserve space, etc.)
- Creation of the meeting minutes
- Creation of the S&OP package in terms of key issues, decisions required, etc.
- Abnormal demand management
- Single large orders
- Accumulation of orders to be reviewed weekly
- Analyze abnormal demand to improve future forecasting
- SFE coordinator
- Act as a contact person for SFE project
- Work with SFE Project Manager and Zero dot com to implement SFA
- Assist Country Manager on SFE project and Resource Allocation project
