The team at NBV LLC is searching for a highly organized and passionate Dispensary Manager to oversee retail operations of their new flagship medical cannabis dispensary in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. The Dispensary Manager is responsible for managing personnel, inventory tracking, sales goals, store appearance, and the general operations and compliance for their assigned store. You will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain store goals, protocols, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements, as well as communicate broader company objectives and standards.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- 6-15 employees

**CORE TASKS**:

- Oversee and manage product inventory and conduct inventory audits in accordance with Thai and company regulations
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to Thai and company regulations
- Regularly communicate with and update company stakeholders on dispensary matters
- Regularly communicate with the marketing department to manage community engagement, store promotions and events, and customer communication across a wide range of platforms
- Oversee, communicate, and meet staffing needs for the dispensary
- Manage the direct the activities of the dispensary team to include delegating tasks and workflow
- Oversee scheduling and staffing
- Develop internal staff to provide the highest level of customer service
- Supervise financial records and cash handling procedures
- Ensure the dispensary remains compliant with all regulations and lead the team and facility through inspections without violation
- Work with other departments to maintain inventory and organize events
- Maintain accurate records for all company and Thai regulatory requirements
- Ensure training of all dispensary staff in procedures and POS utilization
- Learn from an experienced cannabis retail operator (COO)

**WHAT SETS YOU APART**:

- A 4-year college degree, preferably in business
- 3 or more years of experience in a retail and/or food and beverage management position
- Demonstrated people management skills and development capability
- Exceptional skills working with customers, supervising retail associates, invoice managements, and cash handling
- Professionalism, punctuality, trustworthiness, and communication skills
- Proficiency with business technology, hardware, and software (i.e. POS/ERP systems, Microsoft Office suite, etc.)
- Previous experience working in a dispensary or cannabis industry (bonus)
- Previous experience working in upscale food and beverage (bonus)
- A natural leader with great interpersonal communication skills (required)
- A passion and interest in cannabis (required)

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**:

- A valid Thai ID
- 2 professional references (required)
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to lift 12 kg or more multiple times per day

**WORKING CONDITIONS (SCHEDULE, ENVIRONMENT, TRAVEL)**:

- Monday-Saturday 9:00am-18:00pm
- Office/retail environment
- Limited traveling to parent company HQ and cultivation locations
- The schedule can vary depending on the needs of the business
