Asistant Manager

"Karma Canna Co" is a premium dispensary and coffee shop located in the heart of Bangkok.

We are looking for an "**Assistant Manager" **to work closely with other departments in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.

- Full time/ Hybrid**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a single point of leadership for all operational activities in the shop, and to effectively lead and manage the day-to-day operational activities of the store.
- Manage quality improvement process in areas of customer service and team member satisfaction.
- Identify and lead positive public relations and teamwork opportunities.
- Provides effective training and counseling to team members.
- Be in charge of the shop in absence of General Manager according to given authorization.
- **Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager**:

- Prior experience with multiple stakeholder relationship management.
- Coordinate with internal and external branch to provide customer service effectively
- Perform along with department operations
- Maintain equipment and facilities around customer service counter to be in good condition and ready for use

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum of 0-3 years of responsible experience in related field
- Must know of MS Office
- Have English communication skills and Thai Language is preferred
- Have good personality ,service mind and good human relations
- Be responsible and patient
- Excellent management skills, including the ability to manage details through to completion and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Strong analytical skills are a must. High ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities.
- Be clever and able to solve problems immediately

Pay: From ฿20,000.00 per month
