- This role is to lead Innovation, Renovation projects and drive Secure / Booster portfolio for RTD product according the Company target, connecting with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), propose proposition and prioritization of project. This will covers the following tasks:

- Ensure all projects meet all requirements (marketing, regulatory, production, quality needs and according to Danone Corporate Standard) for Danone Specialized Nutrition (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
- Identifies and prioritizes key product development to meet short and long term business objectives.
- Works closely with a multi-functional team in ensuring that the product is implemented in time according to product quality and specifications meet the requirement of regulation, Danone standard, market requirement, production efficiency, and launch timeline & budget.
- Participate in identifying and implementing ingredient to secure market delivery and cost saving according to Danone Standard.
- Monitor R&D trends, competition launches, and technical skills in order to create products that are competitive and cost effective.
- Build networking and work with Local, Regional and Global R&I team on Product Development projects.

About you
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Industrial, Food Engineering, Biotechnology or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in Product Development of Food products and/or Nutritional products. With Food Science/Food Technology/ Food Engineering background.
- Prefer to have strong knowledge and experience in UHT milk or other UHT products.
- Strong knowledge in Food Science & Technology.
- Knowledge in product development, Sensory Evaluation techniques and Regulations.
- Have knowledge and experience for UHT process, Dairy beverage / beverage.
- Good analytical and problem solving skill.
- Good project management.
- Demonstrate high accountability and sense of ownership.
- Demonstrate can do attitude and drive to collaboration.
- A team player, that able to build trust within the department as well as cross functional to work with.
