**รับและจ่ายงานผลิตสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่**

**(Received and release production order for new product)**
- กดเริ่มต้นการผลิตในระบบ

(Start job card on system)
- ตรวจสอบรายการที่ได้รับกับ Store ว่าน้ำหนัก/จำนวนตรงตามใบงานหรือไม่
เช่น Item number, จำนวน, น้ำหนัก เป็นต้น

(Checking actual received each job card comparing with information from store, example item number, Q’ty, weight etc.)
- กดรับยืนยันการรับของที่ store ส่งมาในระบบ

(Post picking list journal from store.)
- จดบันทึกข้อมูลงานเข้าออกใน Excel
(Record received and release information in excel file.)
- เดินไปรับงานจาก store
(Transfer job card & physical pieces from store to testing line.)
- **บันทึกข้อมูลการผลิต**
**(Record new Production information)**
- บันทึกข้อมูลเวลาเริ่มต้น / สิ้นสุดการทำงานบน Production order

(Record start/stop time on production order)
- ทำการชั่งน้ำหนักงานดีพร้อมบันทึกข้อมูลลงใน Production order
(Weighting good FG and record on production order)
- นำ Production order ที่มีข้อมูลการบันทึกผลการผลิตมาลงข้อมูลในโปรแกรม บันทึกรหัสพนักงาน งานดีงานเสีย งานตี error และ เวลาในแต่ละขั้นตอน
(Key information from production order jib card on system by record employee id, Q’ty of good and NG product, Scrap product and operation time in each routing.
- **ส่งงานเข้าฝ่ายตรวจสอบคุณภาพ หรือ แผนกอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง**

**(Transfer** **job card & physical pieces to** **Quality / Others process )**-
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูลการผลิตว่าครบถ้วนรึป่าว

(Review information on job card and complete information before transferring)-
- สร้าง Job card journal Queue before

(Create Job card journal Queue before)-
- ทำเอกสารบันทึกการส่งงาน

(Prepare transferring document)-
- ส่งงานไปยัง QC เพื่อทำการตรวจสอบ หรือส่วนงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

(Transferring job to quality team for inspection or other concern)
- **ทำการส่งคืนซากวัสดุ**

**(Material return / Scrap)**-
- แกะชิ้นส่วนงาน 3Z/4Z และแยกงานเสียใส่ถุง

(Separate scrap group 3Z/4Z and contain in Ziplock bag)-
- ชั่งน้ำหนักและเขียน sticker แปะหน้าถุง โดยมีข้อมูลน้ำหนัก เลขการ์ด เลข NG ในระบบที่ทำการส่งเข้า store

(Weighting then record information on label and attach on Ziplock bag, for label information contain material return weight, production card number and NG number)-
- ทำ material return คืน store (Scrap งาน) ในระบบ

(Key material return / Scrap process in system)-
- ทำเอกสารสรุปรายงานวัตถุดิบทั้งหมดที่จะส่งคืน

(Prepare material return document)-
- เดินเอางานไปส่งพร้อมเอาเอกสารไปยื่นที่ store

(Transfer material & document to store)
- **เบิก**Extra material**

**(Request extra material)**-
- ออกเอกสาร NC พร้อมระบุ material ที่ต้องการ

(Issue NC and define extra material number)-
- สร้าง picking list

(Create Picking list)-
- เดินไปเบิก extra material ที่ store

(Request extra material at store)-
- ตรวจเช็คจำนวน material ว่าได้ครบตามที่ต้องการ (Item จำนวน น้ำหนัก)

(Re-check item, Q’ty and weight of material request.)
