**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic **Quality Control Manager** to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality, working closely with clients and internal teams. You will be the bridge between our operations and client satisfaction, helping to maintain our strong reputation for reliability and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Quality Standards**: Establish and maintain quality control policies to ensure consistent service delivery and compliance with industry standards.
- **Monitor Service Quality**: Regularly assess the quality of services provided to clients, ensuring they meet both company and client expectations.
- **Conduct Audits and Inspections**: Perform routine checks and audits of internal processes to identify areas for improvement or ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- **Handle Client Feedback and Complaints**: Collect and analyze client feedback, addressing concerns and resolving service-related issues efficiently.
- **Collaborate with Other Departments**: Work closely with customer service, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless communication and the implementation of quality initiatives.
- **Train and Support Staff**: Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices to improve overall service delivery.
- **Document and Report Findings**: Maintain detailed records of quality issues and resolutions, generating reports on quality performance and suggesting improvements.
- **Drive Continuous Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- **Ensure Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure the company’s operations comply with local, national, and industry-specific regulations and standards.
- **Manage Quality Control Team (if applicable)**: Oversee the work of quality control staff, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing leadership.

**Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**:

- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Experience in customer communication, particularly with native English speakers
- Proficient in PC use and comfortable with digital tools

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication abilities
- Excellent team player
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
