We’re looking for a Mobile Games Monetization Manager to increase the revenue of all our apps.

Our mobile apps department is divided into 2 categories : Slot App and Entertainment Apps.

Here is our slot app:
**The missions**

Collaborate with the product manager to develop and manage strategies that drive monetization in our different app niches (encourage users to buy a subscription)

Analyse and define strategies to increase player conversion, in-game spending, retention and average revenue per user (ARPU)

Operate, analyse and monitor in-app actions (pop-ups and push notifications) within our portfolio

Work with different teams to drive monetization strategies, increase efficiency and revenue, develop promotional strategies, identify opportunities and provide monetization reporting

Running A/B tests to optimize conversion

Consistently play our apps and competitor apps to discover new ways to monetize

Work closely with the other internal App team to stay alert of all the upcoming improvements in the apps

**Your profile**

Resourceful, meticulous, reliable

Result-driven

Strong analytical skills (Able to read graphs, tables - analyse data)

Curiosity, autonomy and organizational skills

Excellent communication and writing skills

Perfectly fluent in English

Dynamic, creative marketing and with ambition

**Conditions**

Internship to start as soon as possible

Remote or in our office in Chiang Mai (Thailand)

Hours: 35h/week (9am-6pm with 2 hours of lunch break). At least 4 hours in common with Bangkok time

Salary : 1000 euros/month for interns
