**Assistant Officer, Purchasing Services**:

- PTTEP Services Limited**Key Accountabilities**:

- Be a focal point, coordinate and distribute information and technical query between related parties for construction and modification mini-bidding, including track and monitor mini-bidding process.
- Issue Service Order (SO) for mini-biding awarding, follow up contractor for acknowledgement, coordinate with Project Engineer and/or Construction Supervisor to start work and monitor / track the end date to prevent overdue procurement and service order.
- Verify construction offshore crew timesheet
- Transfer and record document via Engineering Document Management System (EDMS) between related parties, internal and external PTTEP for mini bidding as necessary.
- Balance invoice and close out Service order (SO) in the system.
- Verify & make goods/ service received against Purchasing Requisition (PR), Purchasing Order (PO), Service Order (SO) and/or contracts & agreements under mini bidding. Verify payment as per contract term & condition and conduct cost analysis and variance clarifications.
- Monitor and track all rental equipment under call-off contract at offshore i.e. basket, construction equipment to prevent additional cost and overdue maintenance. Verify rental equipment timesheet.
- Provide administration support as required by offshore modification and construction team

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- High vocation Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience in technical assistant or administrative work
- Experiences in oil and gas industry with knowledge in basic petroleum E&P operations is preferable
- Good computer skills in standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good multi-tasking work skill, service-minded, work under pressure and good communication skill

**Additional Desirable Qualification**:

- Knowledge of SAP mater data and transaction data, including project module objects - work break down structures, project networks, as well as integration with other modules
