**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Leading country S&OP process and output by working closely with sales and marketing team on the latest trend and activity.**:

- **To prepare master data for bottom up process to aligned with budget target**:

- **Being the key person who leads the monthly forecasting process and leading monthly demand meeting. Monitor/ensure demand growth plan is aligned with sales and marketing direction.**:

- **Attend and getting input on monthly forecast meeting for Novelty product forecasting**:

- **Closely monitor on the demand for new product launch feedback to team.**:

- **Doing the data analysis in order to deliver the quality of forecast accuracy and forecast valorization as per target**:

- **Working with regional team to ensure on 36 months demand rolling number be put in the system**:

- **To establish, develop, and maintain an effective communication and integration of information between Demand Planning and other functions in the category**:

- **Closely work with business team to get up to date activation plan which relate with demand volume.**:

- **Work with Regional Demand Planner and Customer Service Team to manage exceptions caused by impact of promotions or other unexpected events which create significant variance vs. forecast, to ensure sufficient supply for both sellable and non-sellable items.**:

- **Create and maintain product information in AX system with necessary updates**Profile**

- **5+ years of Demand & Supply Planning experience required, retail environment (B2C & B2B) or FMCG will be advantage**:

- **Demonstrated creates and maintains forecast models for a defined product category, incorporating information gathered from sales, CRM, finance, Experience of Inventory management,**:

- **Good in analytical and data modeling to validate the demand change.**:

- **Experience with forecasting tools and material replenishment planning tools**:

- **Inventory planning, have knowledge of supply stock parameter.**:

- **Able to communicate with all key stakeholders**:

- **Business acumens understand the dynamics of the business both commercially and operationally.**:

- **Good in communication skill with change management and process improvement.**Additional information**
