Sales Coordinator

Coordinate sales processes and communication between Ooca’s Sales Representative, Account Executive, and B2B client
- Facilitating the documents and contract of B2B clients creation and collection
- Modify and maintain the sales-related documents, when needed
- Assist in conducting due-diligence, leads qualification, and leads allocation to Sales team
- Track the discount quotas, team progress, goals of each member of the sales team
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Attend and facilitate client’s onsite and online meetings, workshops, and events. Represent Ooca and create good relationship with clients
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Ensure adherence to laws and policy
- Gather and share feedback from customers/prospects to develop products and services
- Others as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Fresh grads are also welcomed
- Comfortable to use english in daily tasks particularly in both writing and reading
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Good adaptation with CRM, Support Tool, and being Tech Savvy
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
