**Location**:
This position is located at Aman Nai Lert, in Bangkok, Thailand.

Overview:
As a pivotal figure in upholding the utmost standards of cleanliness and guest contentment, the Executive Housekeeper plays a crucial leadership role within our establishment. Reporting to the General Manager, this position encompasses the supervision and execution of comprehensive housekeeping strategies and protocols. Collaborative engagement across departments is a cornerstone, harnessing expertise to ensure seamless operations and a superior guest experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the housekeeping team to achieve and sustain impeccable cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
- Oversee daily operations, encompassing staff schedules, staffing levels, and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Institute and uphold housekeeping standards and procedures, ensuring uniform service quality and consistent adherence to cleanliness benchmarks.
- Develop and train housekeeping staff to guarantee proficiency in maintaining both cleanliness and exceptional service standards.
- Collaborate closely with the front office and guest services departments to address and promptly resolve guest requests, concerns, and feedback regarding housekeeping matters.
- Ensure strict observance of health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of cleaning agents and adherence to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of linen, supplies, and equipment, facilitating efficient operations and enabling timely reordering as necessary.
- Implement eco-friendly practices and spearhead sustainability initiatives that align with industry best practices, promoting a greener footprint.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in housekeeping management roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Profound understanding of housekeeping practices, cleanliness standards, and optimal operational protocols.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, essential for adeptly managing and motivating a diverse housekeeping team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to foster effective interaction with staff, guests, and various stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail, underpinning the capacity to uphold cleanliness standards consistently and to meticulous precision.
- Robust problem-solving acumen and analytical capabilities, enabling the effective resolution of operational challenges.
- Knowledgeable about health, safety, and sanitation regulations pertaining to cleaning agents, equipment, and best practices.
