Department Operations- LevelEntry Level- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

**Operation**
- Plan pickup route and pickup time slot logically and efficiently for the area where handling over 10,000 inbounded volume per day
- Plan number of subcontractor to support operation especially monthly promotion day
- Revise pickup route daily or once seller has been migrated from the platform
- Assess the pickup situation and prepare the number of pickup drivers
- Give an assignment to pickup driver as a routine operation based on service cut-off time (To assign driver visits all seller and all parcel at the day also prevent miss pickup)
- Supervise pickup driver for pickup performance to achieve company KPIs of all matrics
- Plan pickup driver working shift (7-days operation basis)
- Ability to visit the hub is assigned.
- Summarize operation result and report

**Execution**
- Execute all initiative and improvement project to operation
- Handling the project to get result and feedback to the project owner
- Collaborate with related function i.e. finance, sub-contract planning team,
- 6 Working days and flexible a holiday
- Contract 1 year

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Good team player and willing to collaborate with many teams within Shopee Express
- Be able to fit in with the fast paced culture of the team
- Good collaboration skills to support you in working with cross-functional
- People management skills and have experience taking care of a team is as advantageous
- Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
- Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office
