Requirements:Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years experience in various general finance functions accompanied by a wide experience at senior level in a service-oriented business
Manages and leads teams through management experience across several areas within the finance function
Experience working with SAP FI/CO/SD/MM and group level reporting tools (Hyperion, BusinessObjects, TM1) essential
Experience with top 5 audit or consulting firms a significant advantage
Cross-cultural working experience
Work experience within MNC structure including global/regional structure and shared service center environments essential
Professional accountancy qualification and university degree or equivalent (MBA, audit qualification)
Fluent (written and spoken) in English

Responsibilities:S-Responsibilities for Head of Finance will be as under:
Customers
Oversee ensure timely debt collection and customer adherence to credit terms
Supervise cash on delivery remittance process
Manage risk and customer satisfaction between debt collection and COD management
Vendors
Control accounts payable process and ensure proper verifications and approval
Oversee the proper reconciliation of creditors’ statements of accounts to the creditors’ balances in the Accounts Payable ledger and all discrepancies to be followed up and cleared
Negotiate with suppliers and ensure that the best credit terms and periods given to the company
Work with all functions to prepare the annual budget
Coordinate with sales function to prepare monthly forecast
Highlight anomalies and variances against approved budget
Evaluate justification for unplanned items
Ensure that financial controls and procedures are effective and adequate for accurate and timely preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports to country management and the Regional Office
Provide financial, legal and tax consultancy advice to drive strategic investment decisions
Change management/Implementation
Lead deployment of standard finance and accounting processes and system to Country Domestic environment
Manage deployment of newly developed Cash-on-Delivery processes and system
Management and Financial Reporting
Analyze monthly financial results after closure of accounts to explain variances
Prepare rolling forecast for the year and next 12 months based on history as well as sales expectations
Achieve monthly reporting of results and forecast process and prepare monthly management reports to country management and Regional Office in accordance to Regional Office’s policy
Attend to and ensure all external and internal audit queries or request for information are resolved in a timely and effective manner
Prepare and submit any ad-hoc reports as required by country management and Regional Office and to attend to ay queries raised
Processes, Projects and Cost Management
Review, define and propose changes and development to the finance work improvement processes
Update, review and monitor actual cost against budget, highlight and develop solutions on critical areas or areas requiring attention
Oversee project controlling within approved business case parameters
People management
Develop a higher performance service culture within the finance department
