- Department: Finance/Legal- Location: Thailand- Reporting to the Country Chief Financial Officer, you will partner the business, Finance and HR team to facilitate growth and drive the optimization of resources that address our business/consumer needs.**Responsibilities**:
- 70% FP&A : 30% FBP to HR and Transportation
- Drive cost efficiency, benchmarking, and working capital initiatives for business unit
- Provide weekly / monthly / quarterly financial reporting and variance explanations to the Board, the management, and functions.
- Provide management with timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to monitor business KPIs and financial results, enable key strategic decision-making
- Work closely with various business as well as finance teams to understand overall business performance.
- Provide guidance to finance and business teams on impact to management reporting from various operations and business activities.
- Support the other regional and country Finance teams in a variety of adhoc projects and tasks as required

**Job Requirements**
- Solid FP&A skill or experienced, median finance business partnering skill
- Strong communication skill since key audiences are CEO, CFO, and Regional FP&A
- Dynamic to financial simulation as requested
- Able to manage ambiguity, puzzling small detail to explain big picture
