**Purpose of role**:
The role is responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the CM in a professional and timely manner and works one-to-one with the executive on a wide variety of matters. The role is also responsible for office general administrative support to ensure the day-to-day smooth operation of a building's infrastructure, workplace wellbeing, office health & safety through administrative support, including budgeting, procurement negotiation, contractor liaison and documentation, as well as coordination of staff and office equipment, stationary, supervision and physical assistance with maintenance tasks.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Executive Assistant**
- Provides support on calendar management, travel, meeting, and administration to the Country Manager
- Prepare documents to get approval from the Country Manager
- Maintain company agreements filing system
- Support sponsorship events such as payment process, order products, coordination and etc with event organizers
- Any assistant per assigned

**Office Facilities Management**
- Monitor office tidiness including employees work station area
- Manage office cleaning schedule and ensure it according to the schedule
- Support the financial administration of the office including: raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, monitoring expenditure against budget, follow up outstanding payments, and liaise with the finance team upholding accurate financial record keeping.
- Monitor and maintain provision of office equipment and supplies including employee lists, stationery, and pantry supplies, including the cleanliness and safety of office area
- Directing and supporting on-site visitors from local and overseas
- Main contact point for vendor or third party contractors for office related matters

**Work place health and safety**
- Work safely and ensure office environment is best for health and safety of other employees, visitors or the public
- Comply with all safety procedures, rules & instructions
- Use all safety and personal protective equipment as directed
- Report workplace hazards, incidents or injuries
- Maintain the work area and amenities in a clean and tidy condition

- Confidently able to operate across multiple markets and cultures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with corporate policies and processes
- Willingness to work flexibly when required to support critical meetings and overseas visitors
- Ability to prioritise and remain calm and confident under pressure
