Position Title: IPL Auto Underwriter
Level: Manager ( Job grade 24-25)
Department: IPL
Date: April 1, 2024 or Earlier

Key Objective
Leading Day-to-day operations of the underwriting role to support Sales, and distribution ensure quotation, pricing, endorsement and renewal processes are effective
Major

**Responsibilities**:
2. Check the completeness document from producers before sending to PSC (to issue the
policy), or Underwriter -if need referral for special quote.
3. Manage the Car Pre-inspection within SLA, inform car pre-inspection result once
complete.
4. Immediately declined the risk -if the case is not preferred
6. handle Alteration + Cancellation requirement:
7. check the claim+ related document before sending to UW or PSC
8. make sure the policy issued correctly and up to standard
9. make sure the policy deliver to customer/producer within x days
10. alway improve the process and minimize manual process
11. I-Promt & API Car Photo and document audit
12. Up to-date product inventory
13. Provide the training /educate to internal related functions; CS, Processing,
New staffs, Producers
14. Other assigments by Head of Business
Reporting Relationships
Direct Report to: Auto Business Manager
Indirect Somtime: report to Head of Auto, IPL Head

Experience
1. Min. 1-3 years experience in Auto business development
2. Well understanding all products types in the company and market standard
3. Understand the min. requirement of Regulatory/ Tariff
4. Understanding the market compeition and adaptable

Qualification
1. Min. Bachelor degree
2. Language: English (for future development)
3. Computer
4. Good communications skill
5. Presentation
6. Healthy
7. Readiness for works
