This is an ideal fit for the person who places a premium on accuracy, quality and safety. Be a primary link between service coordinators and sales representatives. Stand ready to step in, if necessary, to fill a backup role on the quote team or to pinch hit for service coordinators. Evaluate office productions, revise procedures, and or devise methods to improve efficiency of work flow. Be prepared to review personnel records to ensure inventory commitment and order reconciliation. Is problem resolution one of your strengths? Put it to use troubleshooting and resolving scheduling conflicts and SAP order to cash (OTC) issues. An associate's degree in business or similar field is preferred; and a minimum of five years Product Service Line management experience is required for this position.
