**Overall Purpose of the Job**:
To support and manage materials to support operation and maintenance with BC senior supervisor and BC supervisor, in order to maximize equipment reliability and integrity throughout the effective use of all available resources, comply with PM plan and minimize work backlog. Handling equipment or parts which transferred from Offshore location to any specific location by COMPANY for repair and overhaul.

**Key Activities and Accountabilities**:
1. Coordinate with CMMS and Planning team, Booster Compressor Planner and Booster Compressor Supervisor on acquiring stock and direct materials to ensuring good planning and implementation timely serve Booster Compressor Maintenance activities with compliance to the COMPANY's policy & procedures.

2. Manage stock to / from warehouse and workshop, i.e.: Material Arrival / Delivery, Equipment storing, routine check equipment / parts condition and preservation according to COMPANY's procedures. Including responsible for real time management of stock and parts in the workshops as well as updating of all stock-related report in the COMPANY's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS, SAP).

3. Ensure of all material, equipment, spare parts, and accessories are according to required specifications and timely available to user.

4. Ensure and encourage strict adherence to the COMPANY's SSHE policy, Work Instruction (WI), Rules, Regulations and Procedures on equipment and parts Arrival / Delivery work process.

5. Manage Cargo Carrying Unit (CCU) under Booster Compressor maintenance activities.

6. Proper notify instructions / inspection requirements of special material and provided to concerned parties.

7. Plan and coordinate with relevant departments to optimize material delivery in a timely manner to meet users' requirements.

8. Maintain and strengthen good relationship with users and Warehouse, Yard, PSB and Jetty personnel.

**Job Knowledge and Qualifications**:
1. At least Technical Diploma in Industry or higher in related fields.

2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stock control or material planning for equipment, preferably used in oil & gas, petroleum production/petrochemical/refinery facilities.

3. Good knowledge/experience of SSHE requirements in a working environment.
