Manage Retail & Non-Oil projects to align with the internal team s resources.
Design project execution processes to provide a structured workflow for PMs and BAs within the team.
Oversee and manage the annual budget related to the Business Focal Point - Retail & Non-Oil.
Plan and execute system development projects, including feasibility analysis of complex projects involving multiple systems.
Plan project resource management (people, budget, timeline) to ensure project completion within the defined scope, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement) to recommend and identify suitable vendors for system development (negotiation).
Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, analyze, and design systems that meet business needs.
Collaborate with App Owners, SA, technical teams, and related internal departments to design appropriate solutions based on received requirements.
Supervise and execute system analysis and design.
Supervise and execute system development under assigned responsibilities.
Provide guidance and solutions for challenges encountered during project execution.
Oversee and manage system implementation.
Research, analyze, and propose new IT initiatives.
Listen and understand key concerns from all stakeholders.
Facilitate and support stakeholders on project-related matters.
Ensure timely execution of deliverables, act as a meeting organizer or participant in project-related discussions.
Qualifications.
Over 10 years of experience in Project Management & Software Development.
Experienced in managing employees under direct supervision.
Background in Retail, Food & Beverage, and business operations.
Experienced in Process Improvement and IT Operations.
