**Digital Marketing Associate**

Today simply knowing how to list, ship and manage digital payments is not enough to differentiate brand online.

At CREA, our objective is to build the most relevant **Millennial and Gen Z beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brand portfolio in Southeast Asia** leveraging on a growing multi-billion-dollar market demand.

**The successful Digital Marketing Associate (search)** will be responsible for optimizing on-platform campaigns, maximizing ROI within the assigned budget as well as providing reports to uncover market insights and action plans.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute an acquisition strategy to gain new engaged consumers and to incentivize more purchase from existing consumers
- Develop and execute high-quality, high-scale traffic acquisition opportunities. This includes but is not limited to Google Search (SEO & SEM) and On-platform Search Tools (Lazada Sponsored Search & Shopee Myads)
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
- Budget management and maximize ROI on marketing spend
- Stay ahead of the marketing trend and develop new initiatives, including A/B test to identify the optimal solutions
- Develop and monitor metrics, and provide reporting to uncover insights and action plans

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree from undergraduate institution.
- Digital marketing experience is required.
- At least 0-3 years of experience, preferably in either ecommerce or health & beauty.
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Great communication skills (both oral and written) are a must.
