- ** Job Description**:

- You will define a comprehensive marketing roadmap and strategy for the SEA region, considering local specifics and aligning with the APAC regional marketing organization. This includes developing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing the creation of marketing plans and campaigns, and recommending the most suitable mix of marketing initiatives (e.g., social media, product launches, fairs, customer events, advertising, sponsorships) for the SEA cluster. You will also develop and implement a digital strategy for Southeast Asia in alignment with global and regional goals.
- Market Analysis: Utilizing a data-driven approach, you will generate unique insights through available digital data and direct the sales organization to target markets, customers, and industries with the highest potential for success. Leveraging analytics and data analysis techniques, you will implement scalable lead-generation and market intelligence strategies to drive targeted and efficient

campaigns.
- Sales Enablement Excellence: Identifying and moderating sales enabling processes and initiatives will be a key responsibility. You will collaborate closely with sales teams to implement sales growth initiatives and support their goals. By understanding customer behavior, buyer journeys, and market trends, you will develop initiatives that leverage insights to enable targeted customer approaches. You will continuously advocate for the improvement of tesa's sales and marketing processes, challenging the status quo, and proactively proposing optimization activities. Additionally, you will support our distribution and converting channel with marketing measures, ensuring tesa's brand presence and optimal placement within the tape distribution and converting industry. Managing the CRM system and leads management process will also fall under your responsibilities.
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the industrial sector or B2B environment
- Strong in utilizing marketing analytics tools, analysis and insight generation, and making data-driven decisions
- Able to demonstrate sophisticated communication and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross
- functional teams
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English is required and knowledge of local languages within the SEA region is a plus
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and leveraging AI technologies is desirable
- Familiarity with Google analytics and CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics, is a plus
- Understanding of the Southeast Asia market, including local language differences, cultural nuances,

and trade channels is a plus
- Experience in organizing participation in customer events and trade fairs is a plus
