Here is what you need to know about the job:
Prepare Raw Material for mixing and mixing products at I&D laboratory. Scope cover Skin Care (Leave on); Mask, Wipes, Fragrance, Sun Care, Personal Wash, Hair Care, Oral Care and medical devices such as Personal lubricant and Hand Sanitizer products.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Mixing of formula according to Chemist assignment on daily basis. Read formula card and understand on formula and process. Find Raw Materials (RM) and take the RM into weighting area. Weight RM according to formula card record. Mixing of the product according to processing on formula card. Record outcome. Analytical measurement per bulk specification according to formula card, such as Appearance, Color, Odor, pH, viscosity, SG etc. Submit sample and recorded formula card to Chemist.

2. Assist in cleaning the I&D Laboratory room per Senior Technician assignment.

3. Responsible for I&D equipment assigned by Supervisor by recording logbook of each equipment. Inform supervisor immediately in case I&D equipment have any problem.

4.Complete internal/external Training upon required. Ensure training record is updated. Always comply to updated WI and SOP.

5. Communicate opinions /ideas/mixing process to improve quality of work to supervise monthly. Inform supervisor immediately when RM appearance found to be abnormal.

6. Maintenance of I&D Laboratory to be GMP compliance. e.g. Help clean RM before return into RM Room, keep bulk samples in proper place.

7. Check stock RM with QAD, withdraw RM by fill issued unplan according to WI. Inform Chemist when supplier RM is insufficient for formulation work.

Separate expired RM out of non-expired RM area according to information.

Dispose waste per WI /SOP and according to MSDS of those RM.

8. Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
