คำอธิบายงาน

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day administration organization of EHS programs. The role will provide assistance to EHS personnel in handling administrative tasks and allow more time in the EHS technical projects. The role also includes organizing and managing digital or hard copy employee training files, maintaining accuracy and providing record on request. EHS Technician may also be used to purchase supplies, follow-up on purchase orders and invoices to ensure payment.
- Supporting Scope 5 input and work collaborating with relevant function to prepare data/evidences.
- Implementing and Assisting with Annual Health checks.
- Ensure all EHS training programs are conducted as plan.
- Prepare and publish monthly EHS training and EHS engagement activities.
- Support security projects such as CCTV, Access control.
- Ensure medicine/medical equipment ready in stock and schedule order.
- Support site VDO/media management (promotion VDO, training media).
- Lead weekly safety talk with CTST Operation.
- Support industrial hygiene monitoring program.
- All EHS administrative task such as PR/PO, invoice, etc.
- Other tasks aligned with the compliance, injury prevention, security, nurse and employee engagement initiatives.

คุณสมบัติ
- A variety of educational and experience backgrounds may be considered for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A degree or training in environment, health, and safety is preferred.
- Experience maintaining a health and safety program is preferred.
- Experience in CCTV and access control is preferred.

- Skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of communicating in front of large groups and interacting with peers and site leaders.
- Knowledge
- Baseline knowledge of EHS programs such as Lockout Tagout, PPE, Machine Guarding, Forklift Safety, Engagements, etc.
- Basic Microsoft skills (outlook, power point, word, etc).
- Special knowledge in program such as VDO creator, Photoshop
- Behavior
- Passionate about safety as it relates to employee engagements, compliance, and injury prevention.
- Positive mindset and good safety culture/attitude.
