**รายละเอียดงาน**
- Represent the building in coordination Provide information on various services of the building, clarify the cause and publicize various activities.
- Organize training and inspect the service provision for the department and the Outsource, as well as make a plan to develop the service to meet the standards.
- Check the work plan and coordinate with related departments in planning maintenance and various projects to avoid impacts on tenants and Building users.
- Prepare-review questionnaires to survey tenants' satisfaction annually. and analyze the results of tenant satisfaction surveys to find ways to improve the service even better
- Coordinate with relevant departments in preparing the area to deliver to new tenants on time and supervise the delivery of space to new tenants along with providing complete information to coordinate move-in matters such as space decoration, telephone/internet installation, relocation, etc.
- Check and negotiate with tenants In the event that the tenant negotiates the cost of renovating the area, including returning the area in time in accordance with the terms specified in the lease agreement Coordinate and recommend information on moving out, such as improving the return area, receiving letters, moving, etc.
- Planning and designing, modifying various activities according to the festival suitable for tenants in the building and special activities to strengthen good relations with tenants.
- Taking care of requests for various services for tenants Overall image of service staff and follows up on solving tenants' problems from other departments.
- Prepare annual budget, monitor and control Use of budget to cover tenant relations management and related activities
- Providing accurate information to tenants, visitors about building regulations and various services in the building, check letters, announcements and various public relations media. Both Thai and English
- Participate in reviewing and amending building regulations in accordance with the relevant service work.
- Build and develop the system and check the operation Continuous work plan The work performance is in accordance with the KPIs set to maintain service standards.

- Bachelor Degree
- Male/Female 30-45 years old
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy especially advance Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
- Have leadership Able to endure and handle pressure well good emotional control
