- งานประจำ- 5 ปี- สมุทรปราการ- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- Support CCM to ensure Cabin Crew are fully competent, knowledgeable, and skillful and have a good attitude in customer service with high standards on the flight.
- Key person in CCD for Customer Service related and crew disciplinary action matters.
- Support CCM to ensure documents, procedures and regulations meet the requirement of TVJ, CAAT and any authorities
- Support CCM in planning budgret, manpower and supervising the training process and cabin crew recruitment
- Representing CCD in relations with other departments
- Other assignments and delegation from Cabin Crew Manager
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree related to the position
- ** A Minimum of 5 year-flying experience.**:

- **Experience in Managerial level experience is preferably**:

- Good command of English ( both written and spoken)
- Have essential soft skills to create and implement standard practices in line with corporate policy, legal and service standards e.g. leadership skill, interpersonal skill
- Understanding of airline legal agreements, trainnig agreement especially CAAT would be preferable
- Experience of delivering results through large work groups would be an advantage
- ** Be able to work in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)**
