Guest Services Officer

Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Guest Services Officer to support the Guest Services team.
- Work for a prestigious hotel in Bangkok
- Learn and grow within a strong Rooms operation
- Favorable remuneration package
**Key Responsibilities**
- To handle all Guest Services transactions, not limited to check-in & check out in accordance with Hotel standards.
- To meet and greet VIPs, provide in-room registration, create bonding with guests during the stay, and bid farewell upon guest departures.
- To have strong product knowledge, promote hotel activities and promotions to all guests.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hotel management courses with hotel operations
- Minimum one year in a similar or relevant field
- Good knowledge of computer skills i.e. Shiji, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent English communication skill
