**Responsibility**
- Owner of CRM Platform (VEEVA) to align CRM Strategy
- Manage the change/ development in CRM Platform (VEEVA)
- Manage CRM workflow process with sales and marketing
- Manage and create report from CRM Platform
- Monitoring CRM data accuracy
- Advise Sales and marketing team to work with CRM system
- Training new CRM user
- Co-ordinate with CRM global team to manage the change in the system
- Co-working and sharing data to BPO to alignment company compliance

**Qualification**
- At least Bachelor Degree or higher
- Creative thinking & problem solving
- Customer centric-putting customers first
- journey & satisfaction focus
- Ability to own and lead project with many stakeholders
- Strong communicator - working with multiple stakeholder
- Adaptive and agile to change
- ** Strong in MS specifically in Excel, Powerpoint**:

- Good command of English in verbal and written
- Experiences in VEEVA CRM will be special consideration
