**Senior Manager / Manager Facilities Project Cost**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, ensuring alignment with the overall project scope, objectives, and facilities requirements
- Monitor and report on actual project costs versus budgeted costs, identifying any variances and providing actionable insights to project teams. Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate cost data and reporting
- Prepare and update project cost forecasts, including cash flow analysis, for ongoing projects to anticipate future expenditures and ensure adequate resource allocation
- Analyze cost variances, investigate reasons for deviations, and recommend corrective actions to bring the project budget back on track
- Implement cost control measures to ensure project spending is within approved limits and optimize resource allocation to meet facilities requirements
- Track project scope changes and project financial impacts, ensuring that project cost is spending within planned timeline and budget
- Identify potential financial risks in projects and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on facilities operations
- Develop and maintain OPEX & CAPEX budgets for Back End Cluster Facilities sites, ensuring alignment with all facilities requirements
- Monitor and report on actual costs versus budgeted costs, collaborating with cost owners, operations planning & controlling, and finance teams.
- Represent BE FM in cost related discussion with stakeholders for alignment.Implement smart cost reporting with digitalization tools such as Tableau or etc.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in facilities project management, cost control, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost control techniques, and financial reporting standards. Familiarity with facilities management principles, construction methods, and infrastructure projects is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in financial software and project management tools (e.g., SAP, MS project, Primavera, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
