Position Overview:
To assist spa manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned.
The general responsibilities include acting as a liaison between spa manager, staff and guests, supporting the reception team, implementing marketing and promotion efforts, generate up-selling techniques, creating receptionists schedule, mediating disputes & complaints from customers and assisting the guests in professional and helpful manner.

The Role:
To conduct general receptionist duties.
To contribute to the high level of services in accordance with the company's

standard as prescribed in Standard Operation Manual

To assist front desk staff in responding to the phone call and enquiries in

professional manner.

To identify, evaluate and solve guests' complaints in timely manner.
To coordinate spa promotion & media events and provide necessary information

about facilities, special promotion & service as requested.

To create receptionist schedule.
To provide on the job training to new staff member.
To oversee group bookings and interface with hotel property.
To ensure the receptionist, associated equipment and all work areas are clean

and well maintained at all time.

To handle the billing system and ensure that it is carried out accurately in

accordance with accounting policies & procedures.

To control the cash flow system and transactions process at the reception area.
To actively motivate the staff to sell different spa treatments & new promotions to maximize the revenues.
To update the Receptionist Log Book & notice board.
To check the daily reports and update the monthly reports accurately and

efficiently.

To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manger or

supervisor's guidelines.

To respond to the change as indicated by the company.
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy and procedures
To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company's policy

related to fire, hygiene, health and safety

To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times
To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team
To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues

3.0 To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas

Talent Profile:
Bachelor Degree in any related field
At least 2 years' experience in Hospitality Industry
At least 2 years' experience as Spa Receptionist or Receptionist
Spa Therapy Knowledge is advantage
Computer Literate (Microsoft Office and Internet)
Strong communication skills in both English and Thai
Well-organized and calming demeanor
Good customer services skills and service mind
Ability to work in flexible hours including weekends and public holiday
