**Location: Rama 9 (MRT Rama 9) with Hybrid Working.**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.
- Perform phone and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and skills testing, as necessary.
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages, in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR professionals to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the IT industry and recruitment techniques.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment agency or technology industry.
- Deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches).
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical expertise and cultural fit.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in negotiating job offers and compensation packages.
