Our client is an import and distribution of solar cells.
- Inputting the various accounting transactions relating to various accounting activities such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.
- Preparing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports inconsistent with local rules and regulations. Ensure that the various classifications of expenses are done correctly, project wise expenses are booked with proper identification.
- Ensuring that Invoices are prepared as per the contractual terms and conditions within the time limits.
- Finalizing General Ledger/Closing monthly as per the timeline requirement from the Management. Preparation of monthly reconciliations for various GL accounts including bank accounts.
- Checking various expense claims and uploading claim disbursements.
- Handling Reconciliation of Inter-Company Accounts monthly.
- Preparing the monthly payments as per the credit terms with the suppliers. Ensure that the WHT applicable for the payments is done properly.
- Taxation
- Preparing monthly taxes forms such as PND.1, PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, Por.Por.30 and Por.Por.36
- Supporting the Financial Controller, in the preparation of half-year tax (PND.51) and yearly tax return computation (PND.50).
- Handling reconciliation of Input/ Output/ Deferred VAT accounts monthly.
- Ensuring that stamp duty as per the applicable rates is paid within the applicable time limit.
- Supporting the Financial Controller in coordinating with the local external auditor, ensuring that both Annual / Half yearly audits are completed with mínimal Audit Adjustments.
- Supporting in the preparation of financial information for the Department of Business Development (DBD) with E- Filling based on NPAE (Statement of Income Comprehensive, Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Change in Owner’s Equity, and other reports as required.
- Coordinating with the bank for various issues which may arise on a time-to-time basis.

**Qualifications**
- Good Communication skills in English/ Thai are a must.
- More than 1-year experience in AP and AR or AP
