Provide advice on, negotiation, analyze and process all complicated andgeneral taxation and legal matters and contracts of PTTGC Group within and outside Thailand including general tax planning by using the legal knowledge and legal experience to ensure that the business will run in a lawful manner, minimize the medium and low risk exposure and expenses and with the achievement of Good Governance and optimal benefit to the company and its affiliates.

1. Ensure that legal matters and business transactions of PTTGC Group shall be run in a lawful manner in order to ensure Good Governance, protect the legal interest of the group and minimize all high, medium and low legal risk exposure and expense. - Plan and Coordinate with all Business Unit Heads and other related parties within the group to seek input on their requirement, needs and directions - Analyze and execute legal cases and assist Legal Head and other Business Unit Heads to find strategies and solve problems in terms of legal matters - Provide efficient and sufficient legal support, legal services, legal solutions and suggestion to related parties - Inform and consult with Legal Head to achieve work assigned - Perform special projects as assigned

2. Provide legal counsel and legal services to all units across PTTGC Group to ensure alignment with Governmental rules and regulations and facilitate the development of legal processes to achieve the most desired legal conditions. - Plan and Coordinate with all Business Unit Heads and other related parties within the group to seek input on their requirement, needs and directions to be able to provide legal support or legal solutions to them - Prepare effective pre-contractual negotiations and contract arrangement and management. - Obtain users’ feedback and comment on the difficulties in order to revise and improve the terms and conditions in the contract

3. Ensure that all important legal documents, those of Board’s resolution and any authorized documents of the group members, are accurately processed in compliance with legal regulations. - Prepare, manage and monitor the drafting and using of all corporate documents and company power of attorney or proxy - Review and recommend legal resolutions to related parties proceed

4. Eliminate and minimize all legal risk exposure that may occur in business tr ansactions or in the contract in order to limit the company’s liabilities. - Analyze and synthesize the business process and transaction

5. Ensure that all litigations and arbitrations of PTTGC Group are executed ina lawful and most efficiently manner enhancing optimum benefit to the group. - Investigate and meet with all relevant parties related to the case - Analyze, conduct and prepare efficient files of criminal and commercial inquiry to protect company and its affiliates benefit - Coordinate, monitor and advice an advisor to conduct all of litigation and arbitration procedures to create optimum benefit for the group

6. Plan and execute legal documentation for all functions and business units in order to ensure optimum benefits and minimize company’s costs to the extent permitted by law. - Identify and analyse facts in transactions to model the structures of contract, terms and conditions to obtain the alternatives which reduce costs and expenses - Coordinate and collaborate with users and project manager to evaluate and select the best alternative suitable for the transaction

7. Ensure that legal advisor outside jurisdiction provides the most complete and reliable opinion in order to limit PTTGC Group’s liabilities. - Align with general legal checklist

8. Forecast and oversee the legal issues from the existing and law to be enacted in order to diversify the opportunities in response to law revisions and/or management directives. - Develop processes to ensure timely and appropriate responses and well explanation to the business unit to clarify the law - Analyze internal performance reporting and present results to Legal Head

9. Seek the methodology and resolve the problems related to the contract. - Collaborate to the unit manager and project manager - Identify the problem in order to find out the cause and the appropriate solution

10. Mentor and coaching Senior Lawyer and Lawyer execute the assigned work against the set standards and directions in compliance with the group

**Job Qualification**
- Master of Laws or higher
- At least 3-5 years experience in legal profession with experience in M&A (exposure to international M&A is preferable)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
