The job description of a QC (Quality Control) Maintenance Services position is a general overview of the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with this role:

- Conduct routine inspections and tests on manufacturing equipment to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
- Utilize various tools and techniques to measure and evaluate equipment performance, such as calipers, gauges, meters, and diagnostic software.
- Identify deviations from established quality standards and promptly address them to prevent defects or production delays.

- **Preventive Maintenance**:
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure regular upkeep and servicing of machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and maintenance logs.

- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions or breakdowns and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Repair or replace faulty components, such as sensors, actuators, motors, or control devices.
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians or engineers to resolve complex technical issues and minimize equipment downtime.

- Calibrate and validate equipment to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments to calibrate equipment, such as temperature sensors, pressure gauges, or weighing scales.

- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance logs, and equipment history.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and quality-related issues for management review.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. An additional certification in quality management would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in quality control, preferably in maintenance operations, with a focus on compliance with Thai regulations.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Familiarity with Thai regulatory requirements and standards pertaining to maintenance activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends or patterns.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
- Proficiency in Thai and English languages for effective communication.
