Lamai Golf Driving Range is a small family run business that has been operating in Lamai (Koh Samui Thailand) for over 20 years. There are tenanted properties at the range mostly occupied by long term residents. We are looking for a new team member who can grow into a General Manager in the long term. Full training and support would be provided and relocation assistance to the beautiful island of Koh Samui. This would ideally suit a person with a passion for golf but this is not essential. The right person would have experience in leadership, Thai and English speaking (Burmese advantage) with a view to become a loyal and long serving member of the team.

To deputise for the owner/manager in the day-to-day activities at the driving range including customer service, management of three staff members and general maintenance of the land and properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage and oversee the maintenance of the golf range including organising the team for landscape management ie. Cutting grass, tree/plants, cleaning, maintaining nets, repairs, waste disposal/recycling, ball collection and storage.
- Customer service: serving clubs, balls and drinks, ensuring drinks stock maintained. Daily cash collection and depositing.
- Dealing with tenants for any property viewings/changeovers maintenance issues and liaising with contractors to rectify issues when they occur.

**Requirements**:

- Thai and English speaking (Burmese advantage)
- Interest or experience in Golf would be an advantage however training can be provided.
- Experience in landscape management and managing a small team.
- Leadership skills, good communication and interpersonal skills, conscientious and good time management. Basic IT skills.
- Driving license
