**ABOUT THE ROLE**
**Seafreight Export Operations Officer will responsible for ocean operation and documentation process.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Operation**
- **Coordinate with customer, sales, overseas offices and suppliers to manage sea export bookings as per company working instructions and guideline in timely manner**:

- **Verify buying & selling at the time of bookings**:

- **Response to customer’s enquiry and problem solving**:

- **Ensure services provided as per customer’s KPI and company guideline**

**Documentation**
- **Sending shipping instruction to carrier/co-loader**:

- **Process and complete MB/L & HB/L pick up & release**:

- **Issue credit note/debit note/Invoice to customer and overseas office in timely manner**:

- **Checking all expense and cost accrual**:

- **Complete data in system in timely manner**:

- **Pre-alert to overseas office**

**Requirements**:
**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**
- **Bachelor’s degree in any majors or**:

- **At least 2-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding business or shipping line**:

- **Knowledge of computer PC and Microsoft Office**:

- **Positive attitude and willing to work hard**:

- **Service-mind, good interpersonal and communication skills**:

- **Willingness to learn new things**:

- **Honest, hardworking, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines**:

- **Self-motivation and teamwork**:

- **Good command of English**
