- P Invoice and AP Payment ; Work with FSS team in KL to complete AP invoice with PO and Non-PO and AP payment to local and interco within the month. C
- ashflow Forecast; Recon and preparing cashflow forecast by 5th working day of the month. B
- S recon to meet the 10th calendar day dateline; To complete BS recon in worksheet format by 10th of the month and complete in Trintech by dateline. M
- onth-end closing; Month-End closing to meet the 3 days calendar day dateline S
- ubmit withholding tax (PND 3, 53 and 54) and VAT report on time. S
- ubmit withholding tax and VAT on time, no penalty and fine charge for late payment. F
- ixed Assets; Annual physical count fixed assets, update fixed assets listing and labelling. M
- onthly Fixed Assets report (new, retired and transfer fixed assets) and reviewing depreciation computation and fixed assets listing report. I
- ntercompany transaction reconciliation and TP documentation preparation A
- ctively support to Finance Manager in the day to day finance function, statutory audit and tax return preparation process at SW Thailand. S
- tatutory Audit Financial Statement Report A

- EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree, Accounting.
- Preferred: MBA is preferred. 2
- KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: a
- Required:
- At least 5 years working experiences in Finance, Accounting, Taxation and GL.
- AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and GL Module/Process
- Reviewing ledger, GL Reconciliation and Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Taxation (VAT (Por.Por.30 and 36), Withholding Tax (PND 3, 53 and 54)
- Corporate Income Tax (PND. 50 and PND.51)
- Proficient in ERP systems (Oracle - R12 is preferred)
- Month-End Closing Process
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Good in English communication skills (Writing, Listening and Speaking)
- Work under pressure and short notice
- Work multi skills and multi tasks
- Work with external auditor for Interim audit and Year-End audit
- Audit Financial Statement Report
