Headquartered in our office in AIA Sathorn, Bangkok or locally within the assigned territory, the Sales Executive Crop Nutrition plays an important role in our Thailand market development. He/She will focus on the development of our water soluble fertilizer distribution supported by a local and global team of dedicated product managers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue in the assigned territory.
- Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural organizations, through market research and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with product information, technical support, and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials together with our agronomist to showcase the benefits and effectiveness of our water soluble fertilizers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, participate in exhibitions and events, and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by the management.

Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, agriculture or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant working experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or fertilizer industries.
- Experience and ability to work in an international environment, with prior experience in an international trade and supply chain environment being a benefit
- Eager to learn and acquire knowledge in view of longer-term career prospects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Thai
- Highly driven and organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure an optimal relationship with both internal and external contacts
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territories.
