**Descripción del Trabajo**

Se asegura de que el personal trabaje como un equipo para garantizar un servicio óptimo y la satisfacción de las necesidades de los huéspedes. Completa las tareas de apertura y cierre según sea necesario, incluyendo la preparación de los suministros y utensilios necesarios, la limpieza de equipos y áreas, cierre seguro de puertas, etc. Mantiene las áreas de trabajo limpias durante el día, practicando los procedimientos de limpiar sobre la marcha. Examina los comedores para determinar los asientos disponibles, la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Completa las órdenes de trabajo para reparaciones de mantenimiento y las presenta al departamento apropiado o se pone en contacto directamente con el mismo para reparaciones urgentes. Informa sobre cualquier incidente y accidente de empleados, huéspedes y proveedores a gerencia y a Prevención de Pérdidas en el momento del incidente o accidente. Comunica información al gerente/supervisor documentando la información pertinente en el departamento apropiado. Asiste a los gerentes con la contratación, entrenamiento, horarios, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina y motivación y formación de empleados, y sirve como modelo a seguir.

Se atiene a todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía; informa al gerente sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo peligrosas, completa el entrenamiento y certificaciones sobre seguridad. Se asegura de que tanto su uniforme como su aspecto personal sea limpio y profesional, mantiene la privacidad de la información de la propiedad y protege los bienes de la compañía. Acoge y reconoce a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con las normas de la compañía, anticipa y atiende las necesidades de servicio de los huéspedes, asiste a las personas con discapacidades y da las gracias a los huéspedes con un aprecio genuino. Habla con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional. Desarrolla y mantiene unas relaciones laborales positivas con otras personas, apoya al equipo para lograr las metas comunes y escucha y responde apropiadamente a los problemas de otros empleados. Garantiza el cumplimiento de las expectativas y normas de calidad. Está de pie, sentado o caminando durante un largo período de tiempo. Mueve, levanta, transporta, empuja, arrastra y coloca objetos con un peso igual o inferior a 25 libras (11,3 Kg) sin asistencia. Ejecuta otras tareas razonables del puesto de trabajo según lo requieran los supervisores.
