**Assistant Wellness Manager at CC's Hideaway Yoga & Wellness Retreat**
Are you passionate about wellness, yoga, and creating transformative experiences for guests? Join our team at CC's Hideaway Phuket, where we are seeking a dedicated Assistant Wellness Manager to contribute to our mission of promoting holistic well-being in a serene and rejuvenating environment.
**About Us**:
CC's Hideaway is a distinctive boutique wellness hotel perched on the verdant slopes of Kata, overlooking the breathtaking Andaman Sea. We provide a comprehensive selection of programs, including yoga retreats with more than 30 activities, detox packages, yoga teacher training, luxurious spa treatments, eco-adventures, and other mindful activities designed to nurture relaxation and rejuvenation.
As Assistant Wellness Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Retreat Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our diverse wellness programs and services. Your role will involve:
- Assisting in designing and implementing our wellness programs, workshops, and classes.
- Coordinating yoga sessions, meditation practices, and fitness activities.
- Aiding the Retreat Manager in staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Offering consultations about retreat programs to guests upon their arrival.
- Working alongside the culinary and adventures departments.
- Helping to drive our marketing initiatives and managing social media content.
- Collecting and acting upon guest feedback to continually enhance our offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Open to Thai Nationals only.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Certification in yoga instruction or a related field (e.g., wellness coaching, nutrition), or at least one year of dedicated yoga practice.
- Experience in a similar role within the wellness, hospitality, or spa industry, or as a yoga teacher/practitioner.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A strong sense of organization and leadership.
- A deep passion for yoga, holistic wellness, and healthy living.
