Our client is a world renowned manufacturer of bearings, seals, and lubricants.

Main Responsibilities:

- Be responsible for the company's branding execution, and work as an advisor to relevant parties, and collaborate with the Brand Protection Champion in Thailand and Vietnam to promote to market.
- Closely work with the Sales team and distributors to arrange off-line activities such as customer seminars, customer workshops, customer road shows, and exhibition to reach out to prospect customers (Lead).
- Be responsible for distributor conferences and related activities.
- Work with the Regional team to set up the content for the company in TH and Vietnam to set up effective digital communication (Facebook, LinkedIn) and to monitor all related activities.
- Be responsible for the company website and increasing the number of leads gained from the site.
- Localize social media and set up the strategy of local communication to influence the industrial customers in the market.
- Initiate and create marketing materials to align with group CI, including backdrop, roll up, J-flag, and so on.
- Be responsible for distributor’s signage, IPS’s signage and certified partners signage from building a new one until condition checking.
- Work with other associates - universities, schools, and so on to increase the brand image in the market.
- Work with PX to manage internal communication relating to the key activities of the team - top line growth project, success case, etc.

Qualifications / Screening Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and/or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in marketing roles.
- Able to show ideas on how to promote the company brand.
- Proven record in marketing and CSR activities.
- Able to energize and collaborate with both internal and external parties.
- Good planning, coordination, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, and computer literate.
- Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage.
