**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Overseeing collection team members and ensuring the accurate premium receiving within SLA.
- Perform checking and monitoring daily collection report which data recording into the system against with documents and reconciliation process.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports on premium collections
- Manage all channel of customer’s payment and explore a new payment channel to match with partner requirements.
- Create and establish appropriate processing workflow and procedure documentation.
- Ensures policies and procedures meet the company's objectives and regulatory.
- Support all projects related to premium collection.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders both internal and external about any task which related to premium collection, especially when new campaign/new project implementation and ensure the launch as planned.
- Provide knowledge sharing session and proper training to improve team’s effectiveness.
- Compliant management for all issues related to premium collection.
- Bank fee negotiations and maintain banking relationships
- Support all initiative to automate process to improve operational efficiency. Undertake projects / other work and duties allocated by management as and when required.

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- More than 10 years working experience, experience in insurance business is preferred.
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong contribution for teamwork.
- Good team player with service mind.
- Attention to details.
- Negotiation and good communication skill.
- Ability to work on strict deadlines.
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Good in MS Office, Word, Excel, Power point, MS Visio, etc.
