Refinance Administration Officer

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Check and follow up the document in order to do the completion of data in system.
- Check correction of data and activate contracts.
- Prepare document in order to support branches, refinance.
- Coordinate, collect and complete all insurance document.
- Follow up DLT’s process until complete the refinance process.
- Follow up VRB and DLT’s receipt.
- Create charges for DLT’s expense and other expenses and correct the expense/payment report, then send daily/weekly/monthly report to related department.
- Check and confirm the amount of money transfer and inform accounting.
- Do monthly conclude case report and send to marketing strategy and stamp duty report to accounting as regular schedule.
- Collect, follow up and check the completion of NCB document, H/P contracts and customers files.
- Support supervisor by preparing data for team improvement in performance/process.
- Solve any issues for refinance team.
- Inform, comment or recommend to i-Win system.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

**Qualification**
- At least Bachelor’s degree in business fields.
- At least 1-4 years working experience in administration, registration.
- Good coordination, communication, service mind, negotiation skills, problem solving skill and active behavior.
- Able to handle multiple jobs and work under pressure.
- Accuracy.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing.
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, Power Point.
