- งานประจำ- 1 - 2 ปี- กรุงเทพมหานคร, นนทบุรี, ปทุมธานี- ปริญญาตรี- 18,000 - 25,000 บาท/เดือน- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- 1. Organize training class for solving and tracking performance as target.- 2. Analyze issue that happen in shop and set SOP (Flow process for smoothly understand and Liaise with store)- 3. Manage customer complaints from Grabmart, Robinhood, Foodpanda and submit case to open accident report and follow up.- 4. Do monthly report to discuss with Grab, Robinhood, Foodpanda for improve performance (how many case from our side or partner side, what type of issue Cancel rate, ETA )- 5. Solve and improve issue to help store for increasing sales and set solution to support branches.- 6. Negotiate Marketplace deals and special offers to discuss with team and launch it- 7. Price update on marketplace 3 platforms (Grab, RBH,FPD) on excel file and upload into partner system.คุณสมบัติ
- Age 28-30
- Had experience with Marketing ( Online&Offline), Analyze, Customer service, purchasing, or IT business.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel for doing figures/ POWER BI / Graph report and PowerPoint for doing presentation
